Do I need to already be on GoHighLevel?
Yes. This engagement is for businesses already running GHL who need someone to own and evolve the platform. If you're still evaluating GHL, book a call and we can figure out the right starting point.
What platforms do you work with beyond GHL?
GHL is the hub, but most builds connect to other tools. Common integrations include Moodle, Zoom, Make.com, Stripe, PandaDoc, and custom webhooks. If it has an API, we can usually connect it.
What if I need more hours than my retainer covers?
Additional hours are billed at $120/hr with your written approval before any work starts. No surprises. If you're consistently going over, it usually makes sense to move up a tier.
How quickly can we get started?
Typically within one week of confirming your option. The first week is the account audit and roadmap — actual build work starts in week two.
What happens if I want to cancel?
30-day written notice. I finish any in-progress work, document everything clearly, and hand off in a way your team can actually use. There's no lock-in.
