Make sure you're logged into your GHL account first. Select the sub-account you want to import into.

Import the workflow
GHL will show you what's included. Click Import. The 3-branch workflow appears under Automations → Workflows.

Customize your messages
Open the workflow and update the SMS/email templates with your business name, phone number, and booking link. Takes 2 minutes.

Set your business hours
Update the business-hours condition in Branch 2 so after-hours calls get the right response. Go to the If/Else step and set your hours.

Toggle it on
Flip the workflow to Published in the top-right corner. Test it by calling your GHL number and letting it ring. You should get an auto-text within 30 seconds.
